By accessing and using EmbroLib.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service. Our platform provides access to:

2. Premium Plan

Enjoy unlimited access to our premium embroidery designs with our Unlimited Monthly Access, which includes:

• Unlimited design downloads
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new and exclusive patterns
• Commercial usage rights for up to 5,000 physical products
• Special discounts on premium collections

Plan Policy: No Subscription is required, This plan does not auto-renew. Users must manually renew this plan to continue enjoying premium benefits.

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All embroidery patterns available on EmbroLib.com are licensed, not sold. When you purchase or download a design, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license that grants you:

• Personal use rights
• Commercial use rights (up to 5,000 physical products)
• Modification rights (altering designs for personal/commercial use)

Prohibited Uses: Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in digital form.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed
• A duplicate purchase is made by mistake
• An unauthorized charge is proven
